One of the peculiarities of really active forex brokers is that we cannot simply grasp everything that they are doing – perhaps this is why when we reviewed the achievements of new zealand-registered roboforex for 2013 we missed a major project: robocopyfx. The accent of this title is not on “robocop”, fellow traders, but on copying forex, which means that we are looking at a social forex trading service.

One more thing to note is that you don't need to download a separate platform to use copyfx – you need only an MT4 (fix or ECN) account. I must confess, though, that I got a bit confused while navigating between the MT4 platform and the copyfx website. But hopefully this will be resolved in the future. Speaking of which.

The future

Since the launch of the beta version of robocopyfx, the service has seen more than 1.5 million of trades on more than 5,000 accounts. But the network has yet to develop: for example, it's currently supported only in russian and traders can work only with traditional buy/sell orders. Roboforex promises to boost the service in 2014, with the first improvement to be the release of a beefed-up website and a server part of the system.
