Superforex is incorporated and licensed by an IFSC forex broker with its registered office in belize. Yet, belize is a known offshore zone that delivers slight and operational requirement conditions to the financial service providers. As claimed on the official website superforex grants access to all the major trading platforms in the world, while users may benefit from a brief forex training course by opening a free demo account and learn the basic steps along with the quite competitive trading conditions.

The services of the company offered to the retail and institutional traders, while there is no strictest application to the rules of business conduct, comparing to the reputable forex authorities alike FCA (UK) and ASIC (australia). At first they make it look like a good oppertunity to go for the bonus deals. But when you’ve excepted the bonus deals you are limited to some very bad and shady rules: 1: stoploss can’t be placed thight to the positions. 2: orders sometimes can’t be executed when the market doesn’t move, this makes your position stuck. 3: when accepting the bonus deals you can’t withdraw your profit. You can only withdraw twice the amount you have deposited. AND if you have deposited lets say 100 dollars you can only withdraw 100 dollars of profit whenever you traded 100 lots aswell. Because of this rule it is practically impossible to withdraw profits. 4: take profits cant be placed close to the current price 5: they keep falling back to their saying: “it’s in the agreement you agree with when accepting the bonus”. But this list with conditions is pretty big and a lot to read when you want to create the account. Tiny letters politics I call this…. 6: spreads are awfull, you are not able to make quick trades. I might had more bad things to say about superforex, but I can’t remember them right now. Ill update them below if I rememberd some. #######!I JUST WANT TO WARN YOU!####### the spreads are awfull, you cant withdraw profits like it should, stoplosses and take profits are worthless because of the minimum distance with the current price and the orders cant be executed for like 3-5minutes. I hope everyone will listen to this awfull experiance with superforex. Don’t make the same mistakes I made.

All my trades were authorized and had made profits of about 23000ZAR. Once you request for withdrawal they will reject your request and cancel your orders and quote clause 5.16 as your legal agreement. I have responded to their email of rejecting my withdrawal request and asked for further explanation with detailed examples directed to my tradings and they failed to do so.

Superforex are CHEATS, THIEVES, FRAUDSTERS and SCAMMERS. Avoid by all means.

Superforex is controlled by their CEO vladmir syrov who is the perfect definition of cheating, theft, scam and fraud. They are heartless. They scammed me when depositing $53,000, and $34,000 when trading, and a further $2,572.67 which they refused to allow me to withdraw. I want to give them zero star but there was no option rather than one star as the minimum.
Please do not use their so called country representatives, local currency depositors or official partners to make deposits as it was the case with me when vladmir syrov introduced me to one of their company staff called collins mark to process my deposit who later defrauded me of my $53,000 when he connived with the company and did not credit my trading account.
They are now denying that he is not their staff but rather an agent hence they are not going to compensate me. Despite the email evidence, superforex are not ashamed and going about lying that they asked me not to deal with collins mark. This indeed is what would happen to anyone who falls into the same situation. Find below the email sent to me by superforex asking me to deal with collins mark their staff.

Furthermore, the entire customer service experience with superforex is also very poor, and the staff including the CEO are very unprofessional in their dealings and communications. Superforex have lied to me on several occasions, and they are very rude, dishonest, deceitful and evasive in their dealings. They employ dirty tactics and do everything by hook or by crook to rip people off their money which are direct orders of vladmir syrov. He is a cheat, a thief and very dishonest. I stand fully responsible for my statement as I have contacted the CEO vladmir syrov and the customer services departments on several occasions to resolve my complaint but to no avail. I have challenged the CEO to take me to court if he feels that he is not guilty of my comments. You can contact me for more information and evidence to validate my claims.
Their systems do not operate automatically as they manually manipulate their systems to ensure that you lose your money. They manipulate the prices, spread, margin call, and stop out to ensure that they make maximum profit from your losses.
It is just a shame that I never read the reviews otherwise I would not have ever traded with them in the first place. I invited superforex to the forex peace army court on 06/05/2020 to resolve my complaints but they are not responding. A honest and fair company would have cooperated with the court process and provided quick response to prove their innocence. I am unable to provide full details of my case here due to the text limit of 4,000 characters but you can find full details of my complaints at the forexpeacearmy site by searching under my name (alaku) in the superforex scam alert section and in the company review sections.
They also claim to be regulated by the IFSC in belize but it is just a sham regulatory system where the regulator has no control of the financial companies in the country. Be aware that belize is one of those tax havens with relaxed financial control. I have contacted the IFSC and they have not done anything about my complaints so do not hope that you would be able to have your complaints resolved by the regulator when you have been defrauded by superforex.
They always respond to complaints with the same template by lying you took a very risky strategy and that there was a huge drop down in price. They always use their fake terms and conditions which they claim to be the solution to all complaints. They would give no explanations and would avoid discussing your complaints in detail by referring you to the T&cs. Be rest assured that referral to the vague T&C's would be the only response you get when you make any complaints and you would be speaking to a dead wall when you challenge back as can be seen even in the review that I made in trustpilot.
They have fake departments which only exist by email called dealer, and risk management and trading, to deal with your complaints but in reality, they are all controlled by vladmir syrov whose main aim is to cheat and defraud you of your money. He even writes the responses on behalf of the fake departments.
They also pay people to write fake positive reviews for them. Please do not wait to become a victim, avoid this company by all means possible. This is a warning for everybody to stay clear of superforex. They are big FRAUDSTERS and SCAMMERS.

False advertising dishonest broker avoid

I opened an account to try platform with advertised and confirmed link to a $50.00 no deposit bonus and in order to get that i required to be fully verified. I provided passport and proof of address and it took days they kept saying we have technical error and soon will be credited then after chase on chat they said we refuse to give you this bonus and when i asked why? They simply said we because don't want to, we changed our mind. Scam scam company.
They did this because they wanted me to deposit. All the no deposit bonus crap was a scam and false pretext to get sign ups. They should be begging people to take that crapy bonus, it doesn't even deserve to be called bonus. Trade 50 lots max withdrawal $50 this the worst bonus ever. I don’t need your bonus or your services or anything to do with your company and i asked for account created to be closed and my personal info erased but got no response. my advice is to stay away from this broker, it is by far one of the most terrible experiences with a broker.
After I made a profit, my account was manipulated by super forex, and they wiped out my account in 3 days in two days from more than 5000 euros to 0. The only place where they did not cover their fraudulent method is in dayli statements, received by email. I sent them several emails and they don't answer at all.
Below I attach some information.

Hello. Indeed, the part of your profits got canceled due to prohibited trading strategy based on the technical imperfections of the trading platform MT4.

You have successfully withdrawn your full deposit and the part of achieved profits.

Superforex is still a fraud, they did not return my deposit money completed, after cancelling all my profits, the company now charged my account again.
There's no way the company can continue in business again by defrauding clients.

Nov 23, 2020 - 1 star last month, october, 2020, superforex defrauded me of my hard-earned money to the tune of $1500, they cancelled all the profits I made in the month of october, 2020 and then charged my account again.They were able to do this because they don't have an office in my country, I would have charged them to court.
If they know that you deposit huge amount of money for trading, all they will be looking for is to deprive you of your hard-earned money. I have told them that they cannot go free god will surely judged them.

I have invested mainly in the purchase of SPN35 and CL, well as these symbols have gone up and my earnings should increase, the opposite has happened my earnings have decreased, I contacted them and they told me that they modified the lots and that they had the right to do it in the middle of trading.
Well then yesterday when the symbol SPN35 was falling multiplied the balance of losses by 20 so that the account go to 0

An example: ticket 866234676 price buy: 7527.1, current price: 7390.2, volume 0.01 on june 23 gave me a loss of -24.20,
the next day ticket 866234676 price buy: 7527.1, current price: 7117.8, volume 0.01 on june 24 gave me a loss of -726.62 €
as you can see it is disproportionate.

Yesterday i have contacted with superforex them and received no response.
Today i contacted IFSC and first i will wait a answer. When they respond to me, I will ask them for advice and it is possible that will take this issue to an expert lawyer and use the necesary money to find these people.

The entire superforex is controlled by their CEO vladmir syrov who is the perfect definition of scam and fraud. They are heartless. They scammed me when depositing $53,000, and $34,000 when trading, and a further $2,572.67 which they refused to allow me to withdraw. I want to give them zero star in the rating but there was no option rather than one star as the minimum.
Please do not use their so called country representatives, local currency depositors or official partners to make deposits as it was the case with me when vladmir syrov introduced me to one of their company company staff called collins mark to process my deposit and he later defrauded me of my $53,000 when he connived with the company and did not credit my trading account. The company is now denying that he is not their staff but rather an agent hence they are not going to compensate me.
The entire customer service experience with superforex is also very poor, and the staff including the CEO are very unprofessional in their dealings and communications. Would like to clearly state that superforex have lied to me on several occasions, and they are very rude, dishonest, deceitful and evasive in their dealings. They employ dirty tactics and everything by hook or by crook to rip people off their money.
Their systems do not operate automatically as they manually manipulate their systems to ensure that you lose your money. They manipulate the prices, spread, margin call, and stop out to ensure that they make maximum profit from your losses.
It is just a shame that I never read the reviews otherwise I would not have ever traded with them in the first place. I stand fully responsible for my statement as I have already been in contact with the CEO vladmir syrov and the company on several occasions to resolve my complaint but to no avail. I am confidently calling him a fraudster and you can contact me for more information and evidence to validate my claims. I have already invited the company to the forex peace army court to resolve my complaint but they are not responding.They claim to be regulated by the IFSC in belize but it is just a sham and regulatory system where the regulator has no control of the financial companies in the country. Be aware that belize is one of those tax havens with relaxed financial control. I have contacted the IFSC and they have not done anything about my complaints so do not hope that you would be able to have your complaints resolved by the country regolulator when you have been defrauded by superforex.
The company also has very loose terms and conditions which they claim to be the solution to all complaints. They would give no explanations and would avoid discussing your complaints by referring you to the T&cs. Be rest assured that referral to the vague T&C's would be the only response you get when you make any complaints and you would be speaking to a dead wall when you challenge back. They have fake departments which only exist by email called dealer, and risk management and trading, to deal with your complaints but in reality they are all controlled by the CEO vladmir syrov whose main aim is to cheat and defraud you of your money. He even writes the responses on behalf of the fake departments. The company goes as far as paying people to write fake positive reviews for them. Please do not wait to become a victim, avoid this company by all means possible. This is a warning for everybody to stay clear of superforex. They are big FRAUDSTERS and SCAMMERS.

Regarding bonus issue - you should also read terms of bonus and be aware that hot bonus 202% is an exclusive offer and profit generated by using this bonus is distributed accordingly. According your trading result in the beginning you generated profit and part of this profit was distributed to bonus funds (read terms of hot bonus here - https://front.Supercdn.Site/documents/superforex-ltd-hot-bonus-agreement-en.Pdf). Then according our checks you had a huge drop down and when margin level becomes lower then 300% bonus can be cancelled including part of the profit generated by using this bonus.

Wanted to leave a decent rate after the mobile app update - now it’s much easier to manage my account. Works way faster then the web version. I’d like to add the possibility to verify an account right in the app as well.

Trading wise no issues for me. I didn’t apply for bonuses, have solely my money on my ecn account. Support managers have always replied to me and tried to help, not just kicking me with standard phrases.

At first they make it look good…

At first they make it look like a good oppertunity to go for the bonus deals. But when you've excepted the bonus deals you are limited to some very bad and shady rules:
1: stoploss can't be placed thight to the positions.
2: orders sometimes can't be executed when the market doesn't move, this makes your position stuck.
3: when accepting the bonus deals you can't withdraw your profit. You can only withdraw twice the amount you have deposited. AND if you have deposited lets say 100 dollars you can only withdraw 100 dollars of profit whenever you traded 100 lots aswell. Because of this rule it is practically impossible to withdraw profits.
4: take profits cant be placed close to the current price
5: they keep falling back to their saying: "it's in the agreement you agree with when accepting the bonus". But this list with conditions is pretty big and a lot to read when you want to create the account. Tiny letters politics I call this.
6: spreads are awfull, you are not able to make quick trades.

I might had more bad things to say about superforex, but I can't remember them right now. Ill update them below if I rememberd some.

Hello, first of all, we can't find a client with your name - daan kouwen. Can you provide us your account number? We are not sure if you are a real client.

Next, all brokers have a freeze level which is indicated in our agreement.

Superforex is not a dealing desk and from our side, there is no problem with execution. We have trading servers in different parts of the world and they are working fine. Make sure your internet connection is stable with enough speed.

We don't have limits for withdrawal on real trading accounts. Seems like you applied for the no deposit bonus. There is a bonus agreement you have to follow. In order to withdraw profit, all conditions should be followed strictly and that is our rule which was accepted by all clients who applied for the bonus.

Trading terms on no deposit bonus accounts are different and you may not apply for it and trade with your own funds without bonus rules.

Our T&C is not that long to read. Bonus agreement is just 1,5 pages. 2 main rules for the NDB are - enough profits + enough traded lots for withdrawal.

Speaking about spreads, our ECN accounts have very low spreads. You can try one yourself.

To sum up, superforex has reached more than 600.000 clients. All clients can trade using their funds with no special rules. Just follow the rules if you apply for a bonus offer. We will be waiting for your account number to check if you are a real client or whether this review is fake.

I traded with many brokers,and i find SUPERFOREX from the best. Today i feel happy because i am the winner of their bitcoinmania contest and i ll get a prize up to 100 dollars.I think i am lucky because few brokers give you the opportunity to earn real money without any deposit.
As i am a forex trader for more than 6 years and it is difficult to find a reliable broker not only they give you bonuses and instruments for trading but also a good support , variety of deposit and withdraw payment system and defferent account types.
2 months ago i joined superforex , i verify my account and i start with the no deposit bonus i get 100 dollars bonus and i earn 13 dollars in couple of days then i withdraw my profit, where they send it to me in 15 minutes.I tried to deposit, withdraw and trade it so everything was ok.
Finally i advice all new trader to join superforex try their services and discover real opportunities to get bonuses to join contests and trade in a safe place, then judge.

There is no honesty about the deposting and withdrawal commissions.
Never trust them with zero commission for deposting with neteller or skrill. Etc. They charge commission for everything, and when you try to ask them about that misconception. They dont give you any correct answer.

Contest gold rush

I am the winner of the contest gold rush # 46 account , the awards which I was unreasonably deprived of. Initially, due to the reason - “mon, 17 jun, 09:05 this day you received the message where you were chosen as a winner of gold rush it means you can not be a winner of this contest two times, these are the rules of this contest ”. When I indicated that, in accordance with the rules of the gold rush contest, I can be a prize winner up to 2 times, customer department changed the rationale for depriving me of an award for: - you can win this contest 2 times, but not in a row which also cannot be the reason because: 1. I won the gold rush # 44 and gold rush # 46 contests, that is, I won them NOT in a row which means that I am right and I AM the winner.
Customer department not only did not correct the mistake, but did not even apologize for its mistaken decision. It remains to hope that such a decision is an exception in the work of the customer department and is not characteristic of other cases of the customer department.

I opened the no deposit account, after a couple of months I made a profit, within 2 days I already received $50. After that, opened a real account. For 4 months of trading, I was able to earn almost $ 400. I think that it is a good result for a start.

Unfortunately disappointing

I am writing this review, not for me, but you. I don’t gain anything by writing this, than spending my time to do it, with the hope that this is of any use for someone who is thinking of signing up at superforex (SF).

I am a new customer at superforex (SF) and had a good feeling to entrust them with my money. But since today's experience I lost my trust and decided to better not work with them.

Here my experience with them. So, the why.

Today I wanted to deposit 300 EUR initially on my live account at SF. I have a NETELLER wallet in EUR, and the balance was precisely 300 EUR. On the website of SF it says that the deposit by NETELLER is for free, so 0% commission. That's the reason why I choose NETELLER to fund it. So, I filled in the fields on the website of SF to deposit precisely this amount of 300 EUR. Easy peasy. But then I got an error which said “insufficient balance”. I double checked my balance at NETELLER, and it said exactly 300 EUR. I tried it a few more times but always got the same message “insufficient balance” even that there was enough balance in my NETELLER wallet. To be precise exactly 300 EUR.

So, I contacted the support of SF. I wrote them in the live chat what my problem is (“300 EUR - insufficient balance”) and waited for the agent to start chatting with me. The first answer was “hello, how can we help you?” I already fully explained my problem and they are asking me how they can help me. I already did explain what my problem is. Can you read what I've written to you? This first impression from SF to me should be proofed right at the end. Inattentive and/or incompetent. Then they explained to me how to make a deposit, which I already knew how to do. I then made a screenshot from every step I did to make it waterproof understandable what I have done and what is not working with the deposit of 300 EUR. Now they should understand that something is not working as supposed to be. The support agent simply answered “so, please try 250 EUR to deposit.”, I said “why? I want to deposit 300 EUR and not 250 EUR.”

Now, I have to tell you that I have already seen on NETELLER that my tries to deposit 300 EUR was previously listed as many times I tried it in the history of my NETELLER account and all of them have been declined because of “insufficient balance”. All of my tries were varying between 313.00 EUR and 312.90 EUR. For that my balance is indeed to low. This looks like a conversion from one currency into another. The thing is that my account at SF and NETELLER are both in EUR. There is no need for a conversion. 300 EUR converted from EUR in EUR is 300 EUR. (!)

So, the support said, “so, please try 250€ to deposit.” I asked them why because I want to deposit 300 EUR, not 250 EUR. The support answered that the NETELLER wallet is in USD and because the conversion from EUR into USD is the reason. Thing is I wrote and sent them in a screenshot already that my NETELLER wallet is in EUR and not USD.

(at this point I thought either they are inattentive and/or incompetent or maybe trying to cheat me. Cheating would be evil. Being inattentive… am I not important? Incompetent… who decided to give you the job? Bad management? Teach them right!)

I again doubled check my NETELLER wallet if I am possibly the i-d-i-o-t, but it says I have 300 EUR in my wallet and so I told the support about it, as I did before, again that I have 300 EUR in my NETELLER wallet. Then I got (AGAIN!) the answer I should try to deposit 250 EUR. OMG!

I wrote that I think they know that would be dumb to do and asked how I could close my account at superforex because it seems that this issue is not solvable.

I wouldn’t say they are a scam. But this problem is a mixture of being inattentive, incompetent, software failure and idk.

If support doesn’t matter to you and you have a USD NETELLER account, this could be a good choice for you, but woe is you have a problem. Pray and good luck to you.

I'd give one star for the support experience. But because the offers at superforex are reasonable, I am giving two starts. I hope they will improve their service and fix their platform. I am sitting here and shaking my head how they are not caring.
