I withdrew money on the 3rd march 2016, it is now the 18th march 2016 and I am still waiting, they will tell you to contact plus500 customer service, but I can tell you that is pointless, they work off a script and they do not respond in any sensible time, 1 week and I am still waiting for them to tell me what has happened to my money. I have another big withdrawal from the 15th march 2016 but I doubt I will see that money either, just a bunch of thieves with pretend customer service, better to get in contact with the financial regulation service according to what people who work from other CFD and forex companies, they are well known for not paying. Becareful. I have been trying to get myself verified. I am from singapore and yes we have very good reputation for being least corrupt country. Yet they seems to reject my national ID indicating that they require expiry date. Since when does your citizenship EXPIRES when you are born and bred in that country and a CITIZEN.

Total scam. I reported them to be investigated by local authorities late 2016 early 2017. I think the investigation is still pending.
